返金、キャンセル、交換について　

商品到着時に於ける破損、欠陥商品の場合に限り同商品の交換をお受けします。

支払い後のキャンセルは出来ません。

商品の交換をご希望の場合、商品の到着後7日以内にEメール info@bdfmproject.com

にて通知のうえオリジナルのパッケージに入れて当社に返送してください

一度試着した商品は交換できません。

 

Refund / Cancellation / Exchange  Policy

We don’t accept refund and cancellation. All item purchases are final.

We exchange an item only when an item is damaged for the delivery or defect.

If you wish to exchange an item, you have to return the item within 7days after the item arrival accompanied by the original packing slip in new/unworn condition with tags
